  HUD Home Network LLC was founded in June 1994 by Jason & Paula Mitchell for the sole purpose of assisting government agencies primarily U.S. Department of Housing & urban Development and U.S Department of Veterans Affairs  to carry out its mission to create strong ,sustainable, inclusive communities and quality affordable homes . Since our establishment we have been involved in the disposition of the real estate owned properties of these Agencies in several capacities performing of various tasks as a General Services Administration contracting team member, subcontractor or working closely with the field offices. Throughout this time, we have been involved in the these disposition programs exclusively. Providing Transaction Specialist and Due Diligence Support Services as Asset Managers , Real Estate Brokerage Firm, 203k Consultants, and Broad Listing Brokers. HHN have been involved in the management, marketing and sale of thousands of HUD & VA REO Homes in ten states. We have received much of our experience and training in these capacities from the Birmingham AL. Field Office staff and Atlanta Homeownership Center.

 

Our mission Align with these government agencies  created in part by the National Housing  Act of 1934. The FHA set standards for construction and underwriting and insures loans made by banks and other private lenders for home building . The goals of these organization are to improve housing standards and conditions, provide an adequate home financing system though insurance of mortgage loans , and stabilize the mortgage market.
